Ashley Harrington D.D.S.

Dr. Ashley Harrington completed her undergraduate studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2005 and received her doctorate of dental surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School. Dr. Harrington is currently a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Illinois State Dental Society.

Prior to joining the Manus team, Dr. Harrington practiced at a Chicago dental office. That opportunity allowed Dr. Harrington to gain valuable experience in cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge creation and repair, and endodontics, in a group practice setting. Dr. Harrington grew up in Geneva, IL and her family currently resides in Elburn. Dr. Harrington is grateful to be back, close to home and to her family! She is excited to share her continued commitment to excellence and love of family dentistry with the Yorkville community.

Dr. Harrington is very passionate about her career for a variety of reasons. Her dreams of becoming a dentist started as early as sixth grade as a result of a variety of positive experiences both with her own personal dental care, but local dentists and dental instructors that served as mentors. Ever since, she has been dedicated to the profession, striving to attend continuing education and wanting to be the very best clinician she can be. Ashley wants her patients to see that dentistry does not have to be scary. She thoroughly enjoys learning about patients and their family, discussing concerns or questions, fears, or anything else on their mind. Her objective is to help create a long-lasting, reliable, healthy smile that is easily maintainable. Dr. Harrington believes very highly in prevention and the establishment of patient responsibility in their own oral health through education and discussion. Dr. Harrington always welcomes questions or concerns throughout treatment.

In her spare time, Dr. Harrington enjoys running marathons, competing in triathlons, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is looking forward to meeting you and your family!
