The Doctors and Staff of Manus Dental want to thank all our patients who have participated in the Patient Referral Program in the month of February. To show our thanks, we selected a winner from both our Hyde Park location and our Northwestern location.

Robert N. is pictured with his new Kindle, a great Manus smile, and the dental team for Dr. K. Christensen in our Hyde Park location of Manus. Congratulations to Robert and to Ryan M. in our Northwestern location who also received a Kindle for his referral in February.

And for all the other patients who made referrals in the February or March, be sure to stay tuned. You may be the lucky winner of a pair of Sox or Cubs tickets. Those announcements will be made in the next couple weeks.

1. Pick up a referral certificate when you are in the office, or download a printable PDF by clicking here.

2. Complete the certificate entering your name and the name of your dentist.

3. Give it to a friend, family member, co-worker, etc. and tell them to bring it with them to their first appointment. This certificate gets you an entry into our monthly drawing, and new patients will receive $25 toward future dental services.
