I’ve been going there for years, but recently their billing has become ridiculous. I went in for a simple cleaning (no cavities, no X-rays) and got a bill for $130 after insurance. When I checked the itemized receipt, they had billed for “hygiene instruction,” which was literally just 2 minutes of the doctor saying “keep up the cleaning.” Is that really worth $130? When I questioned it, they said it was “already included in other items” and zeroed it out — which makes it even more suspicious. Even worse — my husband needed a tooth removal and bone replacement. Manus told him to see a different dentist because they couldn’t perform the procedure. Days later, we got a $700+ bill from Manus for the bone replacement they never even did. The actual bill came from the specialist who performed the procedure and already included Manus’s initial exam. This is unacceptable. Double-check every bill if you go there. I have a class three underbite, which was creating, as you might imagine, significant problems with my teeth as I’ve gotten older. He found a solution that fixed my bite and at a cost 1/3 of what another had told me I would need to do- But even more than that, I had five root canals in a single day and it actually wasn’t all that bad with Dr. Saadoon doing the work. And that’s the most remarkable compliment. I think I’ve ever been able to give anyone.Load more
